Beta information draft · 8 September 2026

About this beta.

What you can expect while we build and test NotJustCals.

These are useful details about the current invited beta. Operator and contact details and final legal wording still need review before a wider public app release. Public sign-up is not open yet.

What this beta offers

NotJustCals is being built to help adults find moments from Erik’s real story that may relate to their own situation. Optional diary tools let you keep a personal record. Videos can stand alone or have creator-linked continuations. Features and availability can change during testing, and a matching video may not exist yet. The initial public story collection is still being prepared.

Invited testing and availability

The current installation file is an Android beta for invited testers aged 18 or older. Downloading it does not create an account or grant sign-in access. An iPhone download and public store release are not available yet. The beta is currently free, and we do not collect payment details or subscription payments. Any future paid access will be explained before it begins.

Personal experience and automated estimates

Videos describe personal experiences. They do not provide personalised medical care or a guaranteed result. Automated matching can misunderstand what you mean; you can change your situation or give feedback.

AI meal values are estimates, not exact measurements. Review and edit them before saving. Use qualified professional support for decisions about treatment, medication or your health.

Using your account

You must be 18 or older to use this beta. Keep access to your sign-in email secure and use only an account you are entitled to use. Do not abuse the service, attempt to access another person’s records, or submit content that you do not have permission to share. Keep your own copy of information you need; the export tool is available in Settings.

Video content and third-party services

The videos remain the creator’s content and play through YouTube. Do not copy or republish them without permission. YouTube’s terms and privacy policy apply to its player and service. Our app cannot guarantee that a third-party video will always remain available.

Beta limitations and leaving

This is a test version. Saves, playback and notifications can fail; check Pending entries when working offline and report problems through Help & feedback. Phone notification delivery and some device features still need real-device validation. You can stop using the app and use Settings to export or delete your account.

Final commercial terms, operator details and applicable legal provisions are not yet settled in this draft. Read the beta privacy information before adding personal information.
